Falkon co-founder Luke Sherran has been working professionally with the YouTube platform since 2016. In that time, his own personal YouTube channel has grown over 130,000 subscribers, and gained nearly quarter of a billion views while becoming accredited in YouTube channel growth.
He’s consulted for small YouTubers through to house-hold brands on their video marketing strategies, produced content for channels such as Semrush and CIMSPA, and spoken at events such as VidSummit Worldwide and BrightonSEO. He’s also provided training workshops since 2018, teaching in-house marketing teams how to utilise and grow their YouTube channels.

The workshop is an in-person event, held in a town called Altrincham in South Manchester. This workshop is designed for a beginner to intermediate level video creator/marketer, to provide a full understanding of how YouTube works and how you can best utilise the platform for you or your business.
There is a lot of information to go through within the time we have. We’re condensing years of research, experience and strategies into a short time period, so it is intensive, but at the end of it you should feel confident about how to create content that gets more views, more subscribers and makes more money or sales.
You don’t need a YouTube channel to join this workshop; but those that already have a channel and have experience uploading and managing their content will get a lot more out of it.
Below is an overview of the structure and key timings of the day. Note that these are subject to change; the YouTube platform is fast moving, and we’re constantly adding/editing/improving the workshop content with every new update.
